The next challenge and spiritual growth in a new language for life is to stay centered in a new language for life, no matter what is occurring in your life.

In living the possibility of a new language for life, you will have noticed a gentle shift from our default language for life towards a more wholesome and inclusive language for life. You have moved away from a language for life where “I” is who you are and gives you a past, a future and the illusion of causality. You now are adopting a language for life where “I” is no longer limiting who you are and what is possible in your life. You have released yourself from suffering and struggle. Lifting the veil of “I,” you are awakened to the oneness of being. You are awakened to the oneness of life. Dr Louis Koster https://www.louiskoster.com/free-ebook

You are now becoming mindful of what displaces being centered in a new language for life and what displaces the freedom and the sense of wholeness and connectedness that you are now experiencing.

You are becoming mindful of what displaces the integrity of the space of being and your newly acquired freedom to be.

It is the nature of life to experience challenges and breakdowns.

Life throws darts at you. The darts can be a failed expectation; someone saying something to you; a person walking into your space, which shifts the energy of your space; or an unexpected turn of events in your life that throws you off balance.

The challenges of your life draw you into the language of “I,” where you get hooked in the “I” asserting itself and immobilizing you in resisting what is occurring in your life.

What gets lost is the possibility of being and your freedom to be and your sense of connectedness to life.

What gets lost is your capacity to deal effectively with the challenges in your life. you find yourself caught in the language of “I.”

It is your job to bring yourself back in a space of connectedness, where you experience life as it is and where you are responsible for your experience of life and you are free to be.

It is your job to maintain the integrity of our “being” and to withstand the temptation of the “I” to draw you back into a space of self-importance, self-righteousness, or worse, self-invalidation and victimhood, and to return to our commitment to life.

The chart supports you when you get distracted by events happening in your life and helps you to stay anchored in a new language for life. It helps you not to get drawn into the deception of “I.”
