Dear Reader,

Today, I want to share with you some profound insights that emerged from a recent podcast interview I had with John Kremer. Together, we explored the concept of distinguishing what is untrue in our lives and how this process can lead us towards a deeper understanding of ourselves.

We began by acknowledging how easily we fall into the trap of identifying ourselves with our thoughts. We allow them to define our experiences and shape our perceptions. But what if I told you that the thoughts you have about yourself are not the true essence of who you are?

The first step towards liberation lies in recognizing that the dream of thinking, the constant chatter in our minds, is not a true representation of our authentic selves. It is merely an experience we have allowed to define us. By questioning its validity and examining our thoughts, we create space for growth and self-discovery.

But the journey doesn’t end there. It takes courage to fully experience and accept whatever arises in our consciousness. Often, we shy away from thoughts or experiences that make us uncomfortable. However, it is in the full embrace of these moments that we can truly see what is untrue. By letting be and experiencing these thoughts without judgment or attachment, we awaken to the realization that they do not define our true selves.

As we become less identified with these thoughts and beliefs, we start to question the reality they create. We ask ourselves, “If this is not true, then what is?” By letting go of our attachment to false narratives, we open ourselves up to the possibility of discovering a deeper truth about our lives.

Now, it’s important to note that true understanding comes from personal experience. Merely being told that something is untrue does not have the same impact as going through the process ourselves. It is through our own examination and acceptance of the totality of our experiences that we can discern the inauthenticity of certain thoughts and beliefs.

The purpose of our conversation, whether through a podcast or a YouTube video, is to guide you towards self-examination and help you discern what is untrue in your own life. By liberating yourselves from these limitations, you can unlock your full potential and live a life aligned with your truest self.

I must warn you, however, that this journey requires great courage. It is counter-intuitive to willingly face and accept those thoughts and experiences that we find unpleasant or uncomfortable. But trust me when I say that by allowing ourselves to fully experience these moments and seeing them for what they truly are, we can release the illusion of fear and limitation.

Lastly, I want to leave you with an intriguing perspective on the duality of language. We are born into a world where language shapes our reality and influences our thoughts. However, it is important to recognize that this duality of language can also create illusions and limitations. By transcending the power of language, we can begin to see through the fears and limitations that have held us back.

I invite you to join me on this journey of self-examination and liberation. Together, let’s break free from the constraints of our thoughts and beliefs, and create lives that reflect our truest selves. Stay tuned for more thought-provoking content on our blog as we continue to explore the depths of self-discovery.

With love,

Louis
