In our lives unexpected things happen. People disappoint us. You may even have been taken advantage of. How do you deal with such an experience? How do you stay true to yourself?
In a new language for life, you relate to someone as the possibility of being. Any strong reaction brings you back into the default language for life, the language of “I” versus “you.” You recognize and embrace your humanity when you are unexpectedly drawn into the language of “I.” You are compassionate with yourself and with the other person.
You realize that forgiveness is the only way to set yourself free and restore the integrity of your being. You realize that getting even is not the way to restore the space of being when something unwholesome happens in your life.
In a new language for life, you don’t have to get even.

I used to say I don’t get mad I get even. and it worked for me because a girl put a boy so instead of crying I got back and everyone was proud of me for standing up for myself. As I grew older this technique stopped working and I realize that success is the best revenge and focusing on myself to become my best version of helping others around you do the same is more fulfilling.
Thank you, Toni for your wise words! Love and light, Louis

I love these words, pure expression of truth. Seeing that the forgiveness is the last step of an inner process that starts to honestly see which are the “structures/veils with which we identify ourselves. Deeply understanding these structures, how they act, in which contexts of life they are activated, allow us to see that we are not them, allow us to accept them and our past behaviour. We see that when we identify ourselves with those structures we act like robots. This process of deep understanding allow us to forgive and accept ourselves and others.
When we are no longer identifying ourselves with those structures, we can act more freely, not like robots and also we understand, accept the slavery condition of the man. and so forgiveness is a natural and spontaneous fact that bring union, love, healing and freedom.
Thank you for your dedication in light to raise the consciousness of mankind.

Excelente , he aprendido a perdonar y retirar mi atencion para liberarme de quienes quieren hacer daño a los demás . Y tratar de manifestarles amor compasivo. Con excelentes resultados mutuos.
Querida Alma,
Mucho gracias por su preciosa comentario.

True to forgive someone because in return God the Father do forgive us all.
Thank you, Anita! God bless, Louis
Thanks Dr. Louis with gratitude
By truly forgiving someone, you cut the chain of negative reactions and are able to reopen the lines of communication with that person, moving forward not backwards. By not forgiving, you remain in bondage to that person and do greater damage to your inner being, which has to work overtime until you ‘get even’. Then, you await the ‘get even’ response of the other person and the destructive cycle continues! We do ourselves a great favour by forgiving others whom we presume to have done us some wrong. Just let go and let God!
Dear Shelley, That is wonderful how you describe being free from any resentment and reclaiming the power of your presence. Forgiveness really means going back to the original situation, which is where you were present and related to the person. A situation where you experienced friendship or had the experience of profound love.
Thank you for your wonderful comment.
I love you,
Louis.
