The simplicity of life is in being one with life. Once you get it, you get it. Where it becomes complicated is “how to come into a place of oneness from where you are right now?” How to be one with life, from a place of separateness to life? How do you find yourself in a place of oneness, when there is no way to get to there? How do you come into oneness, when you can’t come to oneness?
This is the riddle of transformation.
Where the problem occurs is that you can’t comprehend oneness from separateness. You can’t conceive oneness from separateness. You can’t comprehend the space of oneness with your linear way of thinking, the language of “I.” The same language and thinking that brought you in a space of separateness to life is inadequate to bring you in a space of oneness to life. “I” neither brings you home to being, nor to oneness. You can only come into oneness from oneness, or by removing the veil that covers the oneness of life.
Solving the entrapment from the entrapment, only keeps you more trapped. Resisting what is only strengthens what you are resisting. Fighting the noise, only gives you more noise. Trying to free yourself from the “I,” only strengthens the “I,” and keeps you further entrapped. Trying to free yourself from a place of separateness only affirms and increases the separateness.
You may not be able to articulate being and oneness, but you are able to articulate a passage that leads to being and oneness. By already being one with life, you transcend the “I” and come into oneness. By living The Choice and The Insight, you bring the possibility of oneness to language and you interrupt the dance of the “I” that takes you away from the oneness of life. Living The Choice and The Insight unveil a passage to oneness, where living The Choice creates the space that allows for the possibility of oneness and living The Insight addresses what takes you away from oneness.
Trusting the oneness of life allows you to make the first step to come into oneness from oneness, and brings the possibility of oneness to language. Life now opens up for you inside the possibility of oneness. A passage to oneness is now disclosed to you, where before no language came to presence.
By making the choice to trust the oneness of life, at some point oneness becomes self-evident in your experience of life. Oneness brought to language now comes into presence in the unfolding of your life. You now truly realize that oneness is the way.
There is no other way.
What allows you to step beyond the horizon of “I,” and discover a passage to oneness, is your trust in the oneness of life and your willingness to interrupt what brings you in a space of separateness to life.
Oneness is not something that you find, but finds you when you are willing to give up and let go of what brings you in a space of separateness with life. You find yourself in a place of oneness, not by looking for it, but by unwrapping what conceals it. Oneness finds you when you unwrap “being” from the “I,” and allow for life to come into presence.
What sets you free from the “I” that keeps you fascinated and stuck in a space of separateness is interrupting the dance of “I,” and the ways you have come to be into language that keep the “I” in existence. What sets the possibility of oneness free to come to language and unleash the human spirit is interrupting the dance of the ways you are being in the world that keep the “I” in existence.
Although it is not possible to articulate being, and language can only point to being, it is ultimately up to you in the way you are being in the world that a passage to oneness is unveiled to you, and granted by the grace of the universe, the oneness of life now comes into presence. It is in this place beyond language, unique to yourself, where you are, that the oneness of life comes into presence and you are awakened to the presence of life.
You interrupt the dance of “I” and break up the reality of the way you are being in the world that keeps the “I” in existence by your willingness to forgive and heal being; by your willingness to give up your self-righteousness and let go of your stuckness; by your willingness to assume responsibility for your experience of life, rather than pointing blame, or being a victim of your circumstances.
You interrupt the dance of “I” that keeps the “I” in existence the by your willingness to allow the things and the people in your life to be, rather than resisting what is; by your willingness to give up your “shoulds” and “musts” for the sake of what is possible; by your willingness to be with uncertainty, rather than being attached to permanency and continuity.
You interrupt the dance of “I” by your willingness to be courageous when integrity is called for. You interrupt the dance of “I” by your willingness to always be in a state of serving and giving, rather than being consumed by the concerns and demands of “I.”
You interrupt the dance of “I” by resisting the siren song of the “I” that wraps “being” in self-importance at the expense of presence and oneness.
You interrupt the dance of “I” by negotiating and bringing perspective to the world, inside your choice for the “I” to be at the service of being, rather than at the expense of being. You realize that it is relevant to be in the world and manage your affairs effectively, but you also realize that ultimately you are not of this world, and what matters most is your spiritual relationship with the universe, which allows you to be one with life.
You interrupt the dance of “I” by your willingness to be in trust of life and allow for life to touch you on the shoulder.
You interrupt the dance of “I” by your willingness to give up what defines who you are inside the way things are. Lifting the veil of “I,” you become unrecognizable to yourself and you realize that you are the space of connectedness to life, and the oneness of life now comes into presence.
A passage to oneness is where the path is made by the walking and you leave no footsteps behind. A passage to oneness is where integrity stands on itself and there is no witness to your courage and heroism. A passage to oneness is where being honorable is an affirmation to oneness, not a way to gain in self-importance or receive acknowledgment. A passage to oneness is where integrity is a way of life and authenticity is a way of being, not a recipe to follow or rule to live by. Shoulds and musts leave no room for oneness and the universe.
A passage to oneness is where you embrace your humanity, and you find peace and strength in your spiritual alliance with the universe, no matter what the circumstances of your life are.

If you really want to test your spiritual beliefs, try being a medical doctor in war zones. I served for over ten years as a medical doctor for Doctors Without Borders, The International Committee of The Red Cross, World Vision and other humanitarian organizations in trouble spots around the globe. I realized that my work had dealt with obvious life and death situations. I felt a compelling urge to address matters of life and death that were not so obvious. I realized that finding that authentic core in oneself and accessing it through one’s own language was urgent, it was a matter of life and death. I made a commitment to be a lifelong student of what sets the human spirit free from its self-imposed limitations.
I’ve been involved as a spiritual teacher, medical doctor and coach in the self-help industry for over 20 years and have developed a number of skills in helping people to awaken to their true nature and live inspired lives. My mission is to show you what is possible through awakening. Here Is Who I am & What I Believe.
