The art of living is to be at peace with something occurring in your life without having it occur inside of a language that is accusatory. This is where you truly expand and grow in your capacity to oneness and you come to a place that nothing human is alien to you.

In life, you have a choice whether an event that interrupts your life, occurs in the language of “I,” or in a language of “being.”

In the language of “I,” the interruptions of life occur inside of a language that is accusatory. You are reacting to your circumstances. When you manage events that interrupt your life from the language of “I,” what transpires is a language of blaming and fault finding, which is how most of the time we live our lives.

In a language of “being,” the interruptions of life occur inside of a language that allows for the occurrence of life. Interruptions occur as an opportunity to grow inside of life and expand your being and your capacity to oneness.

You expand your capacities to be with what is uncomfortable and you bring oneness to the occurrence of life. In a language of being, you bring oneness and wholeness to the interruptions of life and you are called to appropriate action.

Managing the interruptions of life inside the language of being does not mean that you now ignore or deny your humanity. It means that you embrace your humanity and give it the space to be, in the silence of your being. It means that you allow yourself to be fully with the unfolding occurrence and allow for your humanity to come into presence. Then, when everything is said and considered, perspective shines through that restores you to a new level of oneness in relationship to the occurring event. You are now in a peaceful place. You are now in a place, where appropriate action comes to you naturally.

In a language of being, you get present to what you are present to, and a new perspective comes to you, which is the start of a new unfolding of life.

In a new language for life, the interruptions of life occur inside a space of compassion; in a space of honoring the dignity of the human spirit; in a space of love, and ultimately in a space of integrity with life, in a space of oneness.

Every interruption of life is a gift of life and is an invitation for you to expand yourself inside of what is occurring, and allow for the oneness of life to come into presence. Grace is where you find yourself inside of the oneness of life.
You come to a place where the oneness of being – the oneness of life – is honored and comes into presence.

In a new language for life, you bring oneness to the occurrence of life.
